Private Parties & Events
We can offer you beautifully situated, flexible spaces for all types of events, from anniversaries and birthdays to dinner dances, barn dances and corporate events. Not only are our magnificent Kenitsh barn and Lodge buildings available, but we can provide interesting backdrops with our Victorian carousel, steam engines and fairground organs, plus the surrounding farm and gardens.
We have our very own fully licenced, stocked and staffed bar serving Kentish ales, ciders and fine wines. Please contact us for details of hire charges which will depend on the length of the event, day of the week and the time of year.

Conferences & Corporate Days
The Kentish Barn is the ideal setting for conferences and corporate activity days. The flexibility of the space makes it ideally suited either for small numbers of 10 up to large numbers of 200. If it is privacy you are looking for, we are hidden away in a quiet spot, out of sight from any roads and neatly tucked away next to a church, edging a nature reserve.
The lodge barn has its own wood burning stove, so is a fantastic cosy place even on the those more wintery days.
All your catering needs can be accommodated from simple morning coffee and biscuits with a light lunch and afternoon tea, to full gourmet lunches and dinners.
The house, garden & farm at Preston Court provide a huge variety of potential locations for photographic shoots.
