Preston Court has recently opened its doors for private parties and corporate events.
We are also an interesting location for film and photo shoots.

Private Parties & Events

We can offer you beautifully situated, flexible spaces for all types of events, from anniversaries and birthdays to dinner dances, barn dances and corporate events. Not only are our magnificent Kenitsh barn and Long Lodge buildings available, but we can provide interesting backdrops with our Victorian carousel, steam engines and fairground organs, plus the surrounding farm and gardens.

Themed events of all types can be arranged.

From our extensive contacts we can provide entertainments such as bands and D.J's, casino nights, rodeo bulls, fairground rides and bouncy castles! Maximum numbers for a seated meal are 120 on round banqueting tables. We have space for up to 200 people for an informal “standing” gathering.

Please contact us for details of hire charges which will depend on the length of the event, day of the week and the time of year.

Conferences & Corporate Days

The Kentish Barn is the ideal setting for conferences and corporate activity days. The flexibility of the space makes it ideally suited either for small numbers of 10 up to large numbers of 200. If it is privacy you are looking for, we are hidden away in a quiet spot, out of sight from any roads and neatly tucked away next to a church, edging a nature reserve.

If you are looking for a calm and stress free location, you will have the place to yourselves with only the wildlife and perhaps some sheep quietly grazing in the fields nearby.

The paddocks can be used for fun and games such as four wheel off roading, clay pigeon shooting. Indoor fun can be had in the Kentish barn, where we can arrange a casino and laser shooting.

All your catering needs can be accommodated from simple morning coffee and biscuits with a light lunch and afternoon tea, to full gourmet lunches and dinners.
