Wilfie's Wood- Fired Pizza
Wilfie’s Pizza was named after Anna’s adorable labradoodle Wilfie.
As a lock down project Anna and Francis decided to convert their vintage horse trailer into this street food wagon. An authentic wood-fired clay oven was then installed. They had great fun testing the pizza bases and toppings through lock down, and it hasn’t stopped serving pizza since.
The dough is make by star baker Luke of ‘Frank Bread’ and delivered each morning fresh. The dough is then hand stretched in front of the guests and toppings are added and cooked to order.

Juliana's Island sits on a lake in the verdant gardens in front of Preston Court, a Georgian house. You can legally tie the knot here.
The church sits in the grounds of Preston Court, very close to the barnyard.
