Set in 600 acres of unspoilt countryside, with no signs of the modern world and a soundtrack of birdsong, we have 17 luxury bell tents with 10 set over an open meadow and 7 within a woodland glade.

We have the option to add more tents to create bespoke glamping villages to sleep larger groups or simply to take the 7 tents in the glade or 10 of the meadow depending on your group size and preferences.

We have versatile spaces for group sessions in ancient Kentish Barns, Under the Canvas of vast Tipi’s , in an elevated wood cabin overlooking a lake, sunny terraces sat around the barnyard and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Our food ethos is rooted in our appreciation and love of all things local. We are blessed to sit shoulder to shoulder with some of Kent’s finest Organic Farms & Vineyards. Our very own in-house stone baked Pizza cart delivers handmade artisan delights without a set menu in sight. Our 8 accredited caterers offer showstoppers from lava rock Tandoori Griddles to Vegan Roast Beef and edible flower gardens. The sensory adventure runs throughout every aspect of your stay here with us. We love the theatre of good food and many a songful wine, young and old from near and far.

Our Magnificent large 17th Century Kent Barn features 4 sets of floor to ceiling double doors running the length of the building.  They open directly onto the south facing Barnyard giving a beautiful natural light inside the ancient barn and the opportunity to have activities flow seamlessly between the barn and barnyard. Acoustics for a sound bath or the vast internal height for yoga extensions, the space lends itself wonderfully to holistic experiences as well as traditional meeting and award ceremonies.  We offer multiple settings throughout the grounds and can advise accordingly at the planning stage to best fit the event taking place.

Preston Court is a magical place to celebrate milestones or simply gather together all your favourite people under the blue skies, glorious woodlands, ancient timber beams and courtyard covered in twinkly lights .  The glamping affors everyone the opportunity to Turn Up, Tune in and Cop out !

Offering beautifully situated and flexible spaces. For anything from company away days with yoga, clay pigeon shooting, kayaking on the pretty river nearby and cookery lessons; we can also offer a creative space for festivals, dinners, private parties and anniversaries.

Enjoy your very own fully licensed, stocked and staffed Lodge Barn Bar serving Kentish ales, ciders and even local wines from the award winning Simpsons, Westwell, Chapel Down, to name a few.

An idyllic rural setting for your meeting or work Away Day. The Carousel, the barnyard, barns and glamping accommodation, will certainly make your event stand out: We can make the meadows and barn available for Yoga & Wellness sessions.

We also offer Clay Pigeon Shooting, Kayaking and Cookery Lessons nearby.

Kent Barn

This larger barn is a flexible space suitable for groups from 2 to 120 people for seated meetings, awards and ceremonies. Standing capacity is 200.

> Lodge Barn & Bar

This smaller barn contains our licensed bar with a large wood burning stove. It also houses our luxury bathrooms and is the perfect setting for smaller events with a seated capacity of 40. The terrace outside extends the space in the Lodge Barn and both barns can naturally be used together. Standing Capacity in the lodge is 120.

The large gravel barn yard can accommodate exhibitions, games and activities, whilst the many acres of surrounding fields and woodland are available for more physical team building activities.
